Developmental

Understanding and living into DEI values in our lives, workplaces, and society. 

We work with staff, board members, and partners to develop the mindsets, skills, and knowledge they need to operate with critical consciousness and intercultural competence.

Ongoing Engagement

We support clients to continuously grow in their DEI sophistication and integration. 

Centering DEI is an ongoing process that must be constantly revisited and embedded in the workings of an organization. As such, we provide our services to leaders over a period of up to a year in order to remain responsive to needs that arise. This includes:

  • Socializing DEI-related policies and principles

  • Following up on change management processes

  • Providing ongoing coaching

  • Supporting new initiatives or business needs from a DEI lens
